I think it's the frig

I have owned this Frigidaire French-door frig, using these filters, for an unfortunate couple of years now. Reading these reviews, and noting how many people complain of not getting ice, I am adding 2+2. It may not be the filters, it may be the frig. We have never been able to get ice from this frig. We had the ice maker replaced 3 times; we had service people to our home -requiring time off work, 1/2 days each time, to accommodate them- SIX times. I finally gave up asking for help. One service guy told me at least 1/3 of these models come out of the factory defective. If I could afford it, I would dump this defective refrigerator. Unfortunately, I am stuck with it. I will never, ever buy another Frigidaire product again; I do not recommend that you do, either.

Lasts 3-4 weeks consistently

In the 4 or so years I've had a refrigerator that uses these filters, I get about 3-4 weeks of acceptable flow before it becomes a trickle. By two months my water dispenser is useless. I have also spent more on these filters than on the relatively high-end refrigerator I use them with. Even now that I am installing a reverse osmosis system instead, Frigidaire wants essentially the price of a filter for a blank that will allow water to flow unfiltered.

Please do not buy I tried to contract customers service but kept putting me on hold a total loss

I brought this product a month ago itÕs not working tried calling the customer service line but kept putting me on hold . Hate I didnÕt read the reviews before purchasing all the reviews are bad

The filter provided was defective and while customer service hasnÕt replied to multiple email request, the phone number provided to call sends you through an exhaustive phone tree to be disconnected without even being put on hold, and my first review was moderated so IÕm reuploading. says something when a company removes a review complaining about nonexistent customer service instead of attempting to address the underlying concern.

Defective products, defective customer service

We've been ordering third-party filters for awhile, figured we'd see if Frigidaire branded filters are any better. Tried to replace the filter and a piece came off of the replacement filter, and it refused to snap in. Called the phone number on the box, received a busy tone three times over two hours. Came to the website and found a different phone number. Spent five minutes navigating a phone tree, had someone tell me they don't do warranty parts because they are not Frigidaire. I asked what number to call and they suggested the number I was speaking to them on. Some straight-up BS right here.
