i got my stove less than 8 months ago an it looks like its 10 year old.. everything peeling off customer service always says its cosmetic the stove almost falling off looks so rusted

delays have happened so frequently and delivery timelines have been changed/ pushed back, sometimes for months, so often that this seems to be a broader company issue and not a result of current world issues.

the oven flames come out the side yellow/orange. which would seem to indicate that the air mixture is wrong. i called customer service and they told me to clean it. it is brand new. nothing has been cooked in the oven. i took it apart and nothing dirty. i called back and they said sorry there is nothing they can do. i just bought the thing. i am going to return it and buy a different brand. no more samsung appliances. (i really like samsung, but this really bothered me) it really does look nice and the burners on top work excellent but with no oven its worth nothing
