I waited 4 months for this product and others from Samsung. Samsung has poor customer service and so far I am not impressed with the quality of their products. The hood is very cheaply made. Don’t purchase!

We purchased this product from Home Depot as part of a bundle deal - stove, hood, fridge, and dishwasher. After waiting 3 months on install day. They said they do not install hoods. After using it for about 3 months, the buttons that control the fan speed stopped working. Cannot believe we had a warranty claim in the first few months.
