I purchased this to replace an existing refrigerator that had a top freezer as the majority of times you use the refrigerator portion always had to bend to remove anything from it I wanted a bottom freezer had a height issue this fits the bill and size. This is a well built appliance lot’s of thought went into it’s design and features and it is energy star rated too. Bottom line I’d give it higher rating than the five that’s allowed
