Shelves pull easily. Easy to access most foods from shelves.Freezer is well designed, but immovable department dividers prevent some uses. Also, getting the freezer drawers out to clean is almost impossible. You should go back to the old design!

This is my third Amana refrigerator. I liked the compartments on the door of my last refrigerator better than this new one so I am continuing to use those. I like the textured finish on the old refrigerator better than the smooth finish on the new one. I wish almond or beige was available.

When I bought it, I never realized how big it was. We had to remove two upper cupboards, as it was so tall. However, when family comes over, the entire refrigerator is filled. Leftovers fit! And the food is always kept at the right temperature.

This one has A LOT of room in the refrigerator. The only problem is that the door swings ALL THE WAY OPEN and hits the wall. My last one would stop when I let go of the handle. I was told by AMANA that this model DOES NOT have an ADJUSTABLE DOOR STOP like other models. How much more would it cost to put one in at the factory??

We placed our "old" Amana bottom freezer refrigerator with the same brand and configuration . The new one does not have a swing out freezer door with storage which I miss. The dividers in the drawers in the freezer were hard to remove. I went on youtube.com and watched a video and basically had to break the dividers to get them out. Once that was done, we loaded the freezer and refrigerator and are back in business. I hope that the new Amana lasts as long as the old one.
