purchase the washer 8 months ago. had no issues, but then these last 3 weeks the washer became so loud that it became unusable. noise during the spin cycle became louder and louder. techs came out and ran diagnostics but couldn’t find anything wrong with it. sounds like there’s a helicopter inside my house every time we use it. disappointed in samsung since they have great tv/ smartphone products. my washer needs to replaced or my money refunded.

We ordered washer and dryer during thanksgiving days. We got them more than three months later. But the quality of washer and dryer are excellent. We muck like them. We will buy from Samsung again when needed
