to begin i am the owner of a samsung refrigerator, range, microwave and galaxy mobile phone. as for the expensive range i purchased after about 2 years whenever we slid the divider in the top fan would make a noise, the sound would disappear after a short time. we stopped using the divider as we found it unnecessary. we began using the divider again this time the noise from the fan was unbearable. i discovered by looking up this repair on u tube that this problem is prevalent in samsung ranges that have a convection option. why isn't samsung replacing these fan motors free of charge. i would be glad to perform the repair myself. to me it looks like samsung put a fan motor that does not match the cost ($3,000) of a high end range. do the right thing and replace the motor at no charge.

such a disappointment. i am now going on my fourth repair in 2 years. things i loved: power btu on the stovetop dual cooking- great concept! the design and features would be great- if they worked :-( things that give this a 1 star: - constant repairs!!!! - the stainless scratches sooo easily! makes the top hard to clean (even the plastic back of the sponge scratched it up) - right side burner diameter is too big for most of my pots and pans. center burner thing is a total waste. - can't self clean with the divider in, so the divider can't be cleaned properly (and it gets caked with burned on grease) such a shame. i was so excited when i got this range and now i just regret it.

gas range stove top continues to have issues with cosistant burner strength since the fist year. now at year two the oven does not heat. i called cistomer service and spoke to a representative named “venus”. this individual started off helful then began to talk over me as i was explaining the issue like she asked. i asked to speak to a supervisor and she claimed there was not one available. i gave samsung an opportunity prior to make this right prior to this review and they only made my opinion of their product and their “service” worse than when i started to right this review. do not purchase this product as it is over priced for something this poorly designed.

eight months old and screws are falling out of the interior of the oven. it does not heat properly. this was an extensive oven and it is very poor quality.
