I purchased this range for a new home build the end of August 2015. We didn't move in until Oct. 1. The range was relatively a good performer, with neat functions. All was fairly well until this year, on the night before Thanksgiving Day. With us hosting the Thanksgiving festivities, my wife decided to run the "Self-Clean" cycle, overnight, as we went to bed. We awoke the next morning to the display DEAD. Assuming it just got hot and tripped the breaker, there was no cause for panic. But, the breaker was not tripped, the oven was no longer working. A quick Google search led us to a quick diagnostic that the "brain" was fried from being over heated by the self-clean cycle. And wouldn't you know, a One Year Warranty. Thanks Samsung

This is a very stylish range that gives the look of a very expensive model at a more reasonable cost. I love being able to choose between regular and convection cooking. The only disappointment for me is the warming drawer, which takes far too long to warm up and doesn't really keep anything warm. Keeping something warm is usually a last-minute decision for me and I can't wait 20 minutes for the drawer to warm up. Aside from that feature I'm very, very satisfied with the look and function of this range and get many compliments on how it looks in my kitchen.

I have only had this range for 3 days and love it already. Have been reading on true convection ranges for 6 months and this range fits my wish list completely. Have alrerady used the Convection Bake & Auto convert, regular bake, and prode for the juciest Pork Roast ever. The burnes heat quickly and the power burner boils water in a flash....So far can't find anything I don't like about this range. It is my dream range since I do alot of baking....I think Christmas cookies will be perfect this year.

I've only had my new range for a few days and it has performed well. I worry how it will hold up to scratches. It seems very fragile. Also the timer alarm is not loud enough. I had to purchase a counter timer since this one is so quiet and you cannot adjust the volume.
