easy to install,looks great,cooks great. love the options and touch screen. haven't had a chance to use all the options for cooking yet,but what we have used has been superb. the one thing we wish that it had would be a lighted touch screen.

Awful product. Came damage and when the service tech came out to replace parts found they missed clear coat and the pant inside and in where the guts are is white not blue. Samsung won't replace this. Won't recommend appliances!

turn table stopped working and sensor cooking just returns errors after a minute. i have never had to get a microwave repaired before. i have a counter top one that is at least 15 years old and still works great. i love their phones but i will never buy another samsung appliance. they do not make quality appliances.
