Giving this product 1 star is too much. Wish I never purchased this microwave at Lowes. Its defective hasnt worked since day 1. Food wont heat up and turntable wont spin. Sent a repair man to take a look and now all of a sudden theres now a door issue. Had to track down if the unsuccessful attempt at repairing it was called in. Terrible communication and feels like a dead end.

I love my new microwave I purchased with the entire collection. Its sleeve and beautiful. It is alittle hard to see the numbers because its etched in dark grey but I am very happy with my purchase

So happy that I went with a LG microwave. Efficient and easy to keep clean. Fingerprints dont show up on this models finish. The melodious signal sound when it is done cooking is so much more pleasant than most other screaming beeps of other microwave brands.
