After ordering directly from LG we received a defective unit - the dryer did not heat at all. We were given the option of a repair or an exchange we opted for the exchange. After waiting yet another week for delivery we received a unit that works very well but is dented in the lower left corner of the washer. The dent is such that the access door for the washer drain appears to be open. We also had originally requested installation and haul off on the original order. The second delivery was drop only. We had to have someone come and complete the installation as we are not electricians and were not sure how to attach the dryers electrical cord. Also being 88 years old we were not certain we would be able to push the washer/dryer unit in place in the laundry room. While we are ultimately pleased with the new unit we are a bit disappointed with the whole acquisition experience. Especially disappointing was the ordeal we had to go through just to speak with a human being on the phone. We do not know if we wish to go through exchanging the dented unit for another but am not thrilled that we spent all this money and will see this dent daily for years to come.

I bought this one piece washer/dryer unit a short while ago and love everything about it. My clothes get super clean dryer gets my clothes dry in record time washer and dryer are super quiet easy to use this mashing does it all.

H O R R I B L E experience. Its pretty evident that LG does not care about their customers. I ordered the wash tower over a month ago and LG will not resolve the issue. According to them the delivery company has it. According to the delivery company it was never delivered. I have had 4 phone calls with LGs dead inside customer service to be told the same thing every time call back in 48-72 business HOURS. Ive emailed them three times with no response. Dont buy from them they dont care about your business.
