Return Policy

Returns and cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All requests for returns and exchanges must be processed within 14 days of original delivery. Special Order Items cannot be returned or exchanged. Any defective products will be covered by manufacturer’s warranty and repaired as outlined under the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

All cash or check refunds are processed by the Main Office and may take up to 14 days to receive by mail. If payment is made by check, delivery of the title to the merchandise is subject to collection of the check. If this is a financed purchase, customer acknowledges that it is pursuant and subject to terms and conditions of the buyers Finance Agreement with seller.

Pricing and Specifications

Errors in pricing and/or specifications may occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, up to and including cancelling any orders placed at an incorrect price.

Appliance Removal Agreement

Appliance removal is done as a service to our customers and not as a profit making function for Happy's Appliances. Consequently, Happy's Appliances does not assume liability for damage to customer’s floors, carpets, or any other property resulting from dirt, water, oil, or any other foreign material or any broken part or abnormal obtrusion in or on the appliance being removed. It is the customer’s responsibility to clean the old appliance or otherwise provide protection of carpets, floors, and other property. We are not responsible for mechanical failures of appliances not purchased under this Sales agreement, moved as an accommodation to the customer, with or without considerations.

Delivery Terms and Instructions

Drop Off Delivery: Unit is simply dropped off at the specified location in carton to the first floor.

Deliver and Uncrate: This is drop off delivery in which the crate is removed.

Deliver and Install: This is a drop off delivery in which the appliance is uncrated and set in its proper location and connected to utilities.

Appliance Removal: This term is used in conjunction with the above terms and implies that the appliance is being removed by Happy's Appliances. The charge applies to the one appliance only, and the service does not include products which Happy's Appliances is not replacing, nor does it include disconnecting gas or other appliances for which we are not installing the replacement appliance.

Water Lines: Water line installation includes valve, copper line and connection to refrigerator. There will be at least 5 feet of coiled copper line behind the unit for access. Installation does not include refinishing any surface through which a water line is run.

Door Removal: Extra charges apply if a door of a unit or home must be removed in order to get the unit to a specified location.

Exceptions: Deliveries involving climbing stairs, banks, ramps, limited access dwelling will involve an extra charge.
