My 4th set of frig and freezer. That should tell you something. These should not have been discontinued.

I have had fridge 3 months and it has not worked for 2 months. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. They have sent 2 technicians out and still not working. All they want to do is send another technician out to look at it again so he can order more parts to wait another week to get those installed. Would not purchase another Frigidaire product at any cost!!!!!!!! Sorry customer service and a poor excuse for a company

I love that I have so much space to store fresh food. The counter-depth makes it impossible to lose track of things on the shelf back. What I don't like is the effort - muscle - it takes to open the door against the internal pressure / suction.

Frigidaire products are not in my future- EVER

We purchased a custom home from a builder who had purchased and placed Frigidaire refrigerator and freezer appliances in the home. The appliances are now 3 years old and we are having the same issues that multiple people are complaining about. The unit has been worked on 4 different times in the past 3 months and it is always an issue around not cooling. I spent 800$ on the first repair and purchased the extended warranty thinking I was saving myself some money on future repairs. Well, maybe- however the second repairmen who was contracted out by a third or 4th party didn't seem to have ever seen a refrigerator before. He was uncertain how to pull the refrigerator out of the built in cabinet and nearly pulled the frame kit off of the cabinet. He ended up ordering parts and the next repairmen fixed the refrigerator to work about 2 weeks. The next repair person spent the majority of her time on the phone googling what could possibly be wrong before even doing an initial assessment; however she concluded that it was a leak and a part would have to be ordered as well. Three days later I receive a call from Best Service of America (the third party or 4th or 5th- who knows how many layers deep it goes out these days) that I need to call Frigidaire and re-schedule another appointment because the technician they had sent out no longer was with the company and she stated they did not have another repair technician to work on the refrigerator. I call frigidaire and explain the situation and they send one of their technicians back out and once again its the cooling system and multiple parts have to be ordered again. It has now been more than 3 weeks without a refrigerator and the technician just left after installing the parts and my refrigerator still isn't cooling. He is uncertain just how to repair the refrigerator. I call Frigidaire once again and they tell me the refrigerator has to be deemed unrepairable before I can get a replacement; however their replacement not only won't fit or will not match my existing/coordinating freezer because I ordered one in the middle of this chaos and I ordered the comparable one the frigidaire customer service representative recommended. My point being - I will never purchase a frigidaire appliance of any kind as long as I live AND Frigidaire may think they are saving money but this poor quality of product and poor customer service will eventually bankrupt them. Frigidaire Online/Outreach Specialist please spare me the bullsh$#t line of how this certainly isn't the experience you expect and how you make every effort to manufacture quality products. Your reviews with the same consistent problem and outcome says it all- You suck!
