overall, it seems to be a solid built unit. does a great job cooling with great & cool tech. at first the screen was very buggy and sluggish but after several weeks samsung released a software update, now works like butter (higher resolution would be nice). the ice maker drives us up the wall because it constantly gets clogged with ice. the ice arm that opens and closes seems like it does not completely seal and you feel that air coming through from the freezer. because of this condensation likes to build up and block the ice maker. i have to chip out the built-up ice about every week to ensure it doesn't continue to clog. last complaint is: no led with water/ice dispenser. other than those few complaints, i feel like if it was not for those it would be a solid sleek unit.

i love this refrigerator. the only problem is that the screen kept freezing up- couldn't swipe or anything. it was unresponsive. i did all the troubleshooting steps: the red switch in the top right, unplugged for 5 minutes...etc. nothing worked. so i noticed in the same location as the red switch (top right of the fridge) is a usb port. i put a wireless mouse connector in the port and started using the mouse to navigate the fridge screen. i then did a reset by going to settings, and it's been working fine. i just leave the wireless usb connector in there and if it freezes up again, simply grab the woreless mouse and reset it, or just use the mouse to navigate. i hope this helps!!

brand new refrigerator installed turned on and the freezer frosts all over the place and makes snow. my kids think it’s hilarious. even had a snowball fight in the kitchen. tried to get service but they never showed. tried to use the chat before i wrote a review. no help at all. they said the technician will call you“. the technician was scheduled to come earlier this week and never showed. never called. i am not happy with this refrigerator freezer at all.

firs the refrigerator was delivered without the ice bucket that goes in the freezer. knowing i needed this for the fridge to make ice, i called support. they sent me the wrong part a week later. i called again, they told me the part would be sent out. a month later, no part arrived, so i called again. they had no record of the part being ordered. they gave me a reference number and said the part was on order. that was a month ago, i called today and the reference number i was given was not helpful and the customer service rep said the service department left note on my ticket that they needed the specific part number to send out. no one had done anything until i called. i am seriously about to send this stupid refrigerator back over a missing ice bucket.

we purchased this fridge in sept 2020 for our new home and absolutely loved the family hub features with the touchscreen and we listen to music most of our day and this was great until......2 monts later the screen started to be unresponsive and the reset button worked sometimes but now we cannot use the touchscreen at all after 2 months of owning this fridge, spent alot of money on this thing and its a brick that holds food. it does have a cool display but cannot use it at this time, we scheduled a service repair but will see how that goes. really hope this works out for us.
