We bought this in December to replace a whirlpool gold side by side. So far we love everything about it. We had a small problem with the long skinny fridge drawer not lining up but customer service mailed us out a new one and it fit perfectly. The French door style is so much easier to organize and clean then the side by side. This fridge leaves ZERO fingerprints, a huge plus as I felt I was constantly wiping my other one. Don't know why we waited so long to buy this.

Had one for about 5 years and the ice maker went out. The door ice and water dispenser leaked like crazy. Ice falling out at random times, and leaving puddles and waterspots. Then it just stopped working. Decided to buy new kitchen appliances and wanted them all to match. Lowes only had the Samsung with quick delivery (a couple weeks) so I got a new fridge to match the rest. Well, 4 months in the thing starts making noise like I had a 1960's VW bug in the wall cabinets. Called Lowes and they sent a tech. Couldnt find the problem but bent some pipe on the compressor to keep it off the back. Worked for a week or two. Called another tech out who reset the fridge. Worked for about 3 months, then here it goes again. Guy came out and said it was the fan behind the freezer basket. But no part. Put it back and it was even louder than before. Had to unplug the fridge during the day so I could here myself think. Finally got the part in and installed. Its been 3 weeks and quiet so far. Wouldnt buy again
