Our last wash machine was very old and make a lot of noise. This wash machine is near silence, I can’t hear it for the house, now I can watch the tv or speak for the phone when is running the wash machine. The clothes came very clean. The Self Clean feature will notify you every 20 wash cycles when it is time for a cleaning but, when you have 2 toddlers, that's almost every 2 weeks. I like a lot that have an eco warm option to save cost. Great size for family of 4

I have a large family and my last two children are dirt lovers. This washer is quite and love the melody it plays when to let you know then wash is finish. The barrel wholes a large load and washes clean. The self clean is amazing, because it lets you know when it need to be self cleaned.

This washer is absolutely amazing. It is very quiet and it holds a ton of clothes. It is very user friendly and has a nice chime to it. My favorite washing cycles are normal and quick wash. I also like the self clean notification. I definitely recommend this washer to anyone shopping!

This Samsung 4.0 cu. ft. Top Load Washer with ActiveWave™ Agitator and Soft-Close Lid is the coolest washing machine i have ever owned and i couldn't be happier in fact I'm in love. It is super quiet when it's being used, it plays a cute little tune when your load is done and the lid doesn't slam shut. It was really really easy to set up and didn't take me long to figure out how to use it. The delivery took about a month total but as soon as I got the phone call it was delivered with in a couple days. So far everything is working perfectly and I don't see that changing any time soon.

I would only recommend this to tall people, or anyone over 5'5 so they could easily reach into and grab all the wet clothes after the load. This seemed like a nice washer. I liked that it had an agitator- but this washer is VERY deep and was impossible for everyone to use-I did like the simplicity of the available load options and the automatic fabric softener dispenser. This agitator washer is better than no agitator for heavy duty and dirty clothes loads. I did like the chime that indicated end of load.
