only 3 months old. had service on softener dripping out prior to wash cycle. manufacture sent a new softener holder it too had same issue. they sent service tech he said i was closing the tray to hard. all the lights light up at one time can't do anything had to unplug the machine for 10min then it went back to normal. now the lights keep coming on again and the soap leaks into the tub prior to washing. fact: i put soap and softener in the dispenser closed the drawer very slowly and decided to start the load when i got back from shopping. guess what yup the soap and softener leaked out. now i took a veido of it leaking to show the repair man again. i mentioned again i want this fixed or supply me with a new washer. waiting on them to contact me. remember it was purchased in late july 2020.

after 3 inspections and 2 'repairs,' we still have clothes with visible “dirt.” and i’m not talking grass or mud or some caked in “dirt.” there seems to be no washing in the processes.

washer will almost never finish a complete load without having to do something to stop it from beeping with an error of one kind or another. first and last time samsung will get my money.
