this washer must come with a warranty because you're going to need it!! this washer might look cool but its functionality is lacking, lucky for me this washer was in the house i moved into, and i've had the guys out here i can't even tell you to have many times to fix it and a few months later it breaks again !!! don't waste your money.

purchased set when we bought our new home 4yrs ago, after extended warranty ran out we got the dreaded 3c code i paid out of pocket nearly $700 dollars to get it repaired plus top washer lid since the locking mechanism had broken a while ago. in the past 3 mos. a tech has changed the stator and rotor now 4 times and a bunch of other parts recommended by samsung, still not fixed! top lid is a total different story. 1st replacement completely cracked while doing some active wear. it was replaced just fine, next replacement completely exploded while washing some undergarments! now samsung is refusing to replace it, even though it is not my fault what so ever and fixing it would cost me another $300! as soon as i can i will replace all my samsung appliances. do not buy

i bought this machine in 2017 and three and a half years later it is dead. unbelievable. home warranty is probably going to kick in but i could not be more disappointed. the shock, the inconvenience and now the worry that i'll be able to get a satisfactory replacement. very disappointed and had i seen these reviews before would have bought a different brand. i cannot recommend this product. sorry.

i am a loyal samsung customer thru and thru. i have the fridge, dishwasher, vacuums , phones etc... this is by far the worse experience i've had with a product. the first washer was replaced in the first year. then the machine worked for the next 18 mos. now i have spent the last 5 mos. attempting to get it repaired. after going thru countless calls with service they have agreed to send me coupon for replacement only for less than the listed price of the unit. so now i have to pay more money for replacement of a faulty unit. needless to say i feel duped.

it's 2 years old and broke. i've had 2 repair men who said they fixed it but didn't. i've been jerked around for over a month by samsung and their 3rd party repair service. i have missed 5 full days of work. i've had to pay for a laundromat. finally they offered me pennies on the dollar for another washer that i can only buy on samsung.com. my last washing machine never gave me trouble.
