This washing machine couldn't be more perfect. It's quiet, sleek and has lots of options. Our laundry room backs up to the kids bedrooms and they haven't been disturbed in the least bit. I would highly recommend this Samsung washing machine!

i like it so far so good, this is just the first cycle weve been able to complete. my husband hooked up the device so i didnt realize the guys that dropped it off didnt remove and take the shipping bolts with them. i really hope my washer isnt damaged from the load we tried to wash. it seems like an incredible waste to leave those behind for the consumer to just throw away. im sure they can be reused again.

I love that it's a Smart Washer and will message your phone when your laundry is done. There are so many pre-programmed settings for all of your washing needs (including a few steaming options) that the Samsung Smart Front Load Washer makes washing your clothes almost effortless. We were worried once when the water was not draining from our washer, but then we read the manual and realized we needed to check the drain hose; t turns out that a sock got stuck. Once we realized the problem, we were very happy with this Washer's feature. We have noticed if we leave our clothes in there too long, there is a slight odor. We haven't been able to problem-solve that issue yet, but that appears to be an issue on many frontload washers.

The washer not only works great but also looks super nice. I mean ut literally is crystal clear and gives you your reflection like a mirror. It has a lot of great functions for different styles of wash which is really nice. I like the musical alert it gives once the cycle is complete which is super helpful. It's soze is perfect for my family for 4 and fits a good amount of clothes while cleaning them well. Over all very happy with it.

This washer uses very less water. Sometimes I doubt if that much less water is enough to clean the laundry thoroughly. This machine's large capacity is very much useful for larger households or small households with large loads to save energy in both cases. This washer runs very quiet when the machine is in operation, probably this is due to the vibration reduction technology of this product. It vibrates less. I've tried these wash cycles : Bedding, Delicates, Heavy Duty, Normal, Permanent Press. On some of these cycles it runs longer than expected. Those smart control notifications are very helpful. There are lot of cycles and settings which gives much more control over how each load can be washed and they will quickly make sense as you learn about the washer. One annoying thing is once wash cycle is done and when you open the door, water drips onto the floor from door. Hope Samsung considers this in upcoming iterations.
