it lasted 4.5 months before it started rattling excessively. currently trying to get samsung to take a look but they do "not service" this area. a real bummer, should have spent the money and bought a better product by maytag or someone else.

washer damaged on arrival. delivery techs asked if i had the installation hook ups. i paid for installation and assumed they were part of the cost. upon further investigation, parts were found and the machines were installed. the machines were installed with the doors opening toward one another, making it inconvenient to swap loads from washer to dryer. next, the laundry room filled with steam as the dryer was not hooked to the vent. several phone calls and a month later, the replacement washer arrived. the delivery techs, baulked when asked to switch the machine positions so the doors opened away from one another. upon reaching the spin cycle of the first load in this washer, i was greeted by a loud thwacking. today i wait for a third party to service this brand new washer.

Purchase this washer over a month ago. I love that I can get updates and control the washing cycles on my phone. Also love that it will let the dryer know which cycle to dry one. It is also very quiet. I definitely don’t regret this choice
