I am livid. 1200 for this in 2019 and it did not make 4 years of service. Called Electrolux , bottom line I am on my own here , the appliance repair will be 3/4 the value of a new one and itâs off to the land fill with the old one. I really am sick to my stomach at the longevity of not so durable goods these days. A year and a half ago the power on function was intermittent now itâs dead. Electrolux if you are monitoring , please give me a fair shot at a low cost repair. All attempts thus far in getting help have failed.

I am absolutely appalled at your organization. For what I paid for your appliances before moving into our new home. The builder installed the appliances exactly as you say to. You use cheap plastic parts for hooking both hot and cold water. Both hot and cold water leaked. They leaked in to the finished lower level, under the hardwood floor in the main entry, hallway, laundry. $1000âs in damage and then we are displaced for a week. The photoâs show only some of the damage. Canât speak to the rest of the machine since it was removed from the new home after one use.

This machine is amazing. It can do a 2-3 hour wash. Everything is so clean. Dealing with Lowes though was a nightmare. The first one was damaged and the delivery people refused to take it back. No one answered the phone at Lowes and no one had any clue what to do at Lowes. So it took a while getting a replacement. However I will onlybuy Electrolux appliances again.Just not at Lowes.

Washer Failed After 20 Months

Buyer beware. Purchased a front-load washer for $1000 and after 20 months, the tub bearing has failed. We don't wash rugs or bulky items - only about 4-5 loads a week for my husband and myself. The part is under warranty but not the labor, which will be about 4 hours. The technician said I'd be better off replacing the unit. I miss the days when a washing machine would last 10-15 years. Electrolux looks good but it's junk.
