Worst Customer Service Ever!

this company has the worst customer service ever. my dryer has been broken for over 8 weeks. they have come out to fix the machine 6 times and can't figure it out. they classified the machine as not repairable and when i called to get a refund i had two people tell me i would get a refund but i had to be in front of the machine to process. when i called back they said they would not give me a refund and wanted to send a tech out again even though in the notes two different people said they would give me a refund. i've been on the phone with samsung support for a cumulative 15 hours and without a dryer for 8 weeks. now because of covid i can't even get a new dryer until end of january. now they are telling me that i have to wait for a review. my dryer is only 14 months old.
