I took a chance because the reviews were 50/50. I purchased both washer and dryer. They were installed and the dryer was started to let the factory smell run out for an hour. The very next day I tried to use it and noticed the drum light never came on. I immediately called the store who told me to call Samsung who sent me back to the store and then back to Samsung. At that point, I went back to store and said FIX THIS! They sent a repair guy who came with a new LED light housing and guess what? That didnt fix the issue. It needs a new Motherboard. I had the dryer 1 DAY!!! It was faulty out of package. Never again Samsung!!
