have had my samsung for 5 months. won't buy again with this company. had a knob (plastic end) connects on to metal. it cracked. i went through hell for 45 minutes sending pics, explaining over and over again about a plastic knob!! at the end, i said why is this taking so long?? oh, i have to see why the knob broke. really! friction from a plastic piece and metal don't work real well together. if i have this over a plastic knob, what will i go through over something bigger???? don't recommend samsung appliances, customer service is horrible!

purchased all new kitchen appliances the over and warming door handles were damaged the rep came said they would be replaced noe the service pro said they don't cover cosmetic damage on brand new
