the stove looks great. the stove top takes time to heat up, but is cooks well once heated. convection oven is baking and cooking well, i learned through googling to deduct 25 degrees from recipe. my biggest complaint is the air fryer, we made chicken wings, had to google the instructions. if you do not want your house smoked out and smelling like chicken for two days , i suggest not using. we had a drip pan, but the smoke was pretty heavy, smoke alarm did go off. we had the fan on #4 (high) the entire time. the fan is actually really strong, happy with that. my last complaint is you spend all this money and get a user manual on how to plug in, clean the first time before use, etc. no manual to tell you how to use the air fryer, convection mode, etc.

using the oven, the metal around burner top gets searing hot; can't touch it without burning yourself. totally unsafe. samsung scheduled a technician who confirmed that the range is within manufacturer's specification/ not defective. we contacted samsung for a return to get the unsafe item out of the house. because of the wait for the samsung technician, the 48 hrs return policy is expired. we feel cheated and mislead. now we pay a restocking fee of 15% with homedpeot on a family -unsafe product and are angry at poor/misleading customer support by samsung. will cancel our fridge order that we are still waiting on.

the owner of my apartment bought this stove and days after it was delivered feb 22 , i could not get the burners to work properly. they cut out within less than a minute, before the burner was warm, and would not go back on. on your advice, we re-set the burners by turning all of them to high, which worked briefly. then it got worse and more burners went out. your rep kept saying it was a problem with the pans which makes no sense when some burners work and others don't. your service center rescheduled twice because they were waiting for a part and on march 15 postponed til the part came in. now they just called and said you samsung updated the ticket to say service was no longer needed. you sold a faulty product and are not making it right.

neither the oven or the burners work. i am told that a service company will be sent out to diagnosis the issue within a week. how long will will we be before we have a functional range?

the paint of the knobs is removing with less 4 months of use. really bad quality of the material, the cooktop scratches easily. who response for this now? my range looks so bad!!!
