cooktop is already scratched after less than a year using pots specially made for glass tops and being very careful. burners take a long time to boil even on the “rapid boil”burner. inconsistant heating and now oven will not stay on

display begins blinking after a few months. this is a known issue but they continue to manufacture and sell these. good luck getting repaired with the 1-year warranty. instead you can pay an extra $300 - $400 to have the super professionals at samsung come replace the panel. also, the replaced panel is not covered under warranty. so you can call them again when it breaks again in a few months. additionally, the stainless steel can dent from a child pressing on it with their thumb. buyer beware.

I purchased this range after my old one of 20 years died. Let me tell you I was missing that I didn’t realize. This range has so many cool features like the rapid boil , oven clean , and that’s just a few that I really like. I highly recommend this range.
