one of the burners stopped working 2 months after the 1 year warranty expired. for a $1,000.00+ product, i think it is not acceptable. i contacted samsung for service and they quote me at a minimum of $200 for labor cost only, not including parts. i am very disapointed and will never buy a samsung appliance again.

bought this oven three years ago. its been a lemon the whole time. first the knobs had to be replaced, because if you bumped them it would turn the burn on high and burn what ever was on the burner. or the burner would be on high for hours. the glass top had to be replaced after a year for a crack. now after two years the glass top looks ten years old with tons of scratches. six months ago the displace unit started to get moisture inside while baking. now the control board will turn the broil on high while baking and burn our food with no warning. finally the warm light on the glass top is always on now. do not buy this!!!!!!!!

I had previously glass top range for 6 years. old glass top looks better then new one after a 6 month. Very easy to scratch. Very difficult to clean.The glass over one element get burnt inside after 4 month.

the buzzer at the end of cooking time is almost impossible to hear unless you’re in the kitchen with the range. i’ve had the range/oven for only a month and have already burned food.

This oven has 5 regions to heat and/or cook which heat very quickly. It also has a convection cooking option which speeds up heating. The only two negative functions I encountered is that the stove top cools by a fan that blows the heat out the front towards the user. This can further heat the room that can sometimes be a problem. The other drawback is that the stove does not have a back splash so you cannot see the indicators that quickly tell you that the stove is hot or the burners are on unless you look down from the top. Other than these issues the stove works great and I would recommend this product line to my friends and family.
