Do buy appliances from a cell phone company.

i bought a samsung appliance set a little more than two years ago it was nice a first except the doors on tbe fridge close on you. then after 2 years and 3 months the dishwasher broke and needed a $400 repair. at 7 months out of warranty the stove died. i am still waiting for the repair two weeks later and it is estimated to cost another $400. afterhours on the phone with the company they refuse to stand by their products. buyer beware more than $5000 for these appliances and they are disposable.

We loved this range until we tried the self clean. It burned up the control board as it’s poorly made. They no longer make part to repair and after only 3 years we have to buy a new stove. They don’t make parts for a three year old range that they know has this problem. Just google it you will see. Don’t buy this oven! It was top of the line at the time we bought it and now we have to replace on our dime.

Very disappointed, worth purchase ever

expected excellent reliability of a high quality product. in less then 3 years my oven does not work properly. i mainly use the top oven and the lower portion was used 3-4 times at the most. i began to notice that paffpastries or pizza dough comes out dry not backed. i wondered whether i was doing something wrong, but when i would bake at my friends house using her oven, i had no issues. than i noticed moisture on a sides of the oven and all of the racks in the buttom oven were severly rusted. called customer service, after long negotiations i recieved the incorrect rack. self cleaning feature does not clean as per my previous experiences with lg. so in less than 3 years, all i am left with is simply a cooktop for the price of $24 hundred.

we have had this now for over a month and we really have enjoyed it. it heats up the oven very quickly, and we mostly only use the top door so we save in electricity and heat, and the food takes less time to cook thanks to the convectional oven. the stove top is great too. we have things boil and cook way faster on the fast boil spot than our old stove.
