It crack and Samsung dont help with it. When I search more info I found that it is a common problems with it.

This range worked well for almost a year, Then I noticed the fan was constantly blowing-even though nothing was on. After that, the lower right element was always at its maximum settting regardless of how I set it. As it was slightly over the warranty period, Samsung offered to pay for the parts alone, it was a nice gesture but their sole support representative wanted to charge $99 for an estimate alone. The estimate fee was to go to the repairs but I still thought that was unfair. I reached out to Samsung but they could not offer any repair service outside of their sole representative. I went and got it on my own to replace a switch and everything is working now. It is a nice range again.

I buy this item 1year 3 months ago and now the glass is cracking no body call me back i wait for a manager to call me black but they never did

installed easy and looks great but samsung website refuses to recognize model number when i try to register for warranty

Glass top cracked

8 mos after buying a crack appeared almost overnight across entire glass top. samsung would not cover under warranty as their opinion was i dropped something on it. i did not drop anything on it.
