bought this stove for over 1,000 dollars and when it came it was damaged. samsung said they would replace it within days....well it's been a month now and no calls or anything. i would not recommend any samsung products because of the customer service. i'm not sure what to even do at this point. spent extra money for air fryer and it don't work like other air fryers do. samsung please help me replace my stove.

very disappointed that there is no in depth users guide provided in hardcpoy with the product. my wife has many questions about the newer features included in the oven.
