Bought this a year ago as part of a complete kitchen remodel. Have not had an opportunity to use the steam function - plan bread baking this year to try. I don't use the smart cook options since I usually know what I need. Pros: ability to split into two ovens for different temperatures; like convection function; stainless finish easy to keep clean; racks are sturdy with flexible options; lock is helpful Cons: seems to take a long time to heat to desired temperature; because this is located below my cooktop, the temperature and time selections can be a bit difficult - would not be a problem at waist height or higher; takes a while to cool down after use; there is already dirt between the glass in the door - not readily visible but I know it's there

I owned Electrolux Oven before this and I thought I would never find a good replacement. I love to bake and this oven did not just meet my expectation but it exceeded it. It is a perfect fit, has an outstanding design and it is a great addition to my kitchen. I would definitely recommend.

Looks good and works well.. I must say, this oven is exactly what we wanted! The look is brilliant ( but I guess this is just personal preference), Overall, we are very satisfied with the purchase =)

This oven is everything I can ask for! It is a beautiful high end wall oven. It visually enhance the look of the kitchen by a mile. you turn the dial to the setting you like, ex: broil, bake. And set the timer and off you go. There is a added shelf that when in use, lets you split the cooking into two different setting. Ex. you can broil 1 and bake the other. This oven is "Smart" so you can control the oven remotely using the Samsung App. Although this feature is cool, I don't foresee using as much but it does not take away from the beauty of the oven. The touchscreen feature just makes everything feel more high end. What would be cool is the there are nicer screensavers The oven is very easy to use. Overall, our family has been very satisfied with the oven. The kids LOVED the baked BBQ ribs, baked potatoes and even the broccolis.
