I purchased this a few weeks ago. The microwave is beautiful and works great. The only thing I was disappointed about was not getting the trim kit. Having to find it and and pay just about what I paid for the microwave was upsetting. Other than this I would say it's a great product. If your will to spend the money definitely get it.

I was looking for a replacement microwave for a built in location (not over stove), saw this model showing the nice looking trim piece in all the photos vs the MS19M8000AG (same microwave without the trim). Ordered this model and it arrived without the trim - only to find out after calling that the trim is not included. The features, dimensions, color, etc. are same as the 8000AG, was told the 8020TA is an "upgrade". Adverising this model always showing the trim while hiding that the trim is extra and not included is poor. I ordered through mobile app and there was no trim addition option (which also fits the 8000AG model) on the listing.

i replaced an old built in microwave with this one and it went very well. purchased the microwave and trim kit together (2 separate parts numbers). my only issue is that it does require a torx bit to take out one of the screws. i really recommend that samsung puts one of those bits in with their trim kit. it needs the t15h torx bit with the hole in the center to properly attach the trim-kit. not something you would normally have but at most hardware stores.

"we are disappointed with samsung appliances and give them an f rating. Their service arm Service Quick has terrible processes, we received 14 service time changes; some the day before, how do i live my life? our microwave that is making a LOUD vibration sound that is associated with the device that takes 1800 household volts to 50,000 volts. the solution posed install a sound package which not a repair. the microwave should be replaced due to the servity. where is samsung on the mattter stay away from samsung products.
